Delivery and Refund Information

(Please note that the deliveries are not available during Fridays , as well as Public Holidays)

We currently deliver to all cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Shipping & Delivery Fees 

For orders to all cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the shipping & delivery fees is 40 SAR  

Delivery Time 

All orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days after:

-Receiving the payment if made by Visa, Mastercard or Mada.

- After confirming that the bank transfer has been made - please note cross banks transfer takes additional 1 working day.

Afterwards an employee from the assigned courier company (or one of our delivery representatives) will then contact you on the provided mobile number to arrange for delivery. Please make sure that you answer incoming calls to your mobile phones so that the courier representative can get in touch with you and arrange for a suitable delivery time. Kindly note that deliveries are not available during weekends; Friday & Saturday are off, as well as public holidays. 

We Keep You Posted 

To track your order status, we will be sending you a SMS upon the order dispatch. This SMS will either provide you with a tracking number that you can use online to track your order’s status with the courier company, or a mobile number of one of our delivery representatives who will be in charge of delivering the order to you. You can also log into your account on DokkanAfkar.com to view your order status.

Refund Policy:



If you get a different Item or fault one or you just want to return or replace your order, you can do it with the form provided in footer section within 3 days starting when you receive your order.

our customer care team will call you and will decide your right of returning the order.

if you have the right of returning the order, the shipping company will contact you and arrange the return, after it arrive to our facility and we make sure it's as described from you, we will transfer the money to the same card you purchased with, and in case your order was Cash on Delivery will will bank transfer it to your account
